Overview

Welcome to Soto's Shark Teeth. This website is operated by Shark Bite Studio LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Throughout this website, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Shark Bite Studio LLC, operating as Soto's Shark Teeth.

By accessing or using our website, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable policies referenced on our website.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

1. Products and Handmade Characteristics

Soto's Shark Teeth offers handmade jewelry and accessories, including products featuring genuine fossil shark teeth.

Due to the natural characteristics of fossils and handmade craftsmanship, individual products may vary in size, shape, color, markings, and appearance.

We strive to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, slight differences may occur, including variations caused by screen displays.

Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change.

2. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or inaccurate pricing. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. For additional information, please review our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom or personalized products and certain other items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.

These restrictions do not affect rights or remedies required by applicable law.

5. Product Care and Safety

Our handmade jewelry should be handled with care.

Exposure to excessive moisture, harsh chemicals, or physical force may damage certain jewelry components.

Natural fossil shark teeth may contain sharp edges. Jewelry and accessories are not toys and should be kept away from young children and pets.

6. Intellectual Property

Original website content, product photography, written descriptions, logos, and other protectable branding or creative materials are owned by Shark Bite Studio LLC or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use of protected content is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party payment processors, applications, and other services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of external websites.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shark Bite Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms
